The Wiley Blackwell Handbook of the Psychology of Recruitment, Selection and Employee Retention, 2017-2020, and particularly the chapter on "Using Personality Questionnaires for Selection" by David J. Hughes and Mark Batey, confirms how far ahead Human Content is. We have already done what they ask should be done.

Daniel Kahneman, the psychologist that obtained a Nobel Laureate, essentially for pulverising the concept of the rational human decision-maker, shares his insights into how heuristics influence our decisions, causing them to be flawed, and what we can do to improve.

The world is full of noise. Few disciplines are as exposed to noise as ours; everything that has to do with people at work.
We strongly recommend the book “Noise”, written by Daniel Kahneman, Olivier Sibony, and Cass R. Sunstein. These three give us practical insight into what we can do to reduce noise and make better decisions.

Human Kind by Rutger Brennan is truly a hopeful history that could help stimulate a more positive outlook for humanity. It contradicts previous faulty narratives that humans are naturally evil, and that any group of humans is likely to devolve into autocratic and abusive societal systems.

Harari's assumptions about AI being capable to generate novel ideas are probably exaggerated. His investigations are still useful.
